Eastside Veterinary Associates – Newcastle is looking for an Experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our exceptional team. You can be part of our clean, modern, and non-corporate small animal hospitals in Newcastle and Kirkland that have been named “Best Vet” by 425 Magazine eight years in a row!

The Service Coordinator’s responsibility is to provide exceptional service to each client and their pet(s) by ensuring they feel welcome and responding to their needs from the first telephone contact, through their arrival and treatment at the office, and departure with their next visit scheduled. This position relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

This position is full time (> 36 hours/week).
The primary location of this position is in Newcastle, but there may be some shifts in our Kirkland location.

Qualified candidates for the customer service position are required to:

  • have previous veterinary experience by working in a veterinary clinic / hospital for at least 1 year.
  • have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • be computer proficient
  • be a non-smoker
  • work well with our team
