As a new client of our Eastside Veterinary Associates in Kirkland, you can expect our full attention to your pets’ needs. You deserve the 1 full hour reserved for your pet’s thorough exam, discussion of recommendations and time for questions in an unhurried and relaxing environment.
When you arrive for your appointment, our friendly customer service coordinator will check in your pet and gather any previous medical history.
Next, our knowledgeable veterinary technicians will gathering data for the doctor by asking about your pet’s medical history, current condition,and the reason for your visit,
As your pet’s health care advocate, our caring veterinarian will perform a thorough physical exam from nose to tail and get input about what you have observed. If only our patients can just tell us what the problem is!
The doctor then formulates a treatment plan estimate based on the patient’s needs which is reviewed and approved by you prior to any treatment. The majority of diagnostic tests can be performed in house and treatment started the same day for those urgent cases.
This is a great time to ask questions. Our veterinary team wants to make sure you’re completely comfortable with the information we’re providing.
Our veterinary technician will come back and demonstrate recommended treatments for the problem or wellness care with you. Lastly, the front desk staff will process your payment and schedule any needed follow up. Since payment is expected at time of services rendered, we have made it easier for our clients by accepting all major credit cards, including American Express, and by offering Care Credit in the event that a 6 month no-interest payment plan is desired.
Please note: Our goal is to see all our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible.
